A good Weekend!

This weekend was filled with many good times!

Friday: I surprisingly meet up with A and C at D's Bar. It was funny because I called to talk to D and he said "here talk to her I'm busy with customer's"... well I didn't recognize A's voice and she was so bubbly! I thought it was one of the those girls that goes to the bar to flirt with D so I got a little annoyed. When I finally had enough and asked who I was talking too A was shocked "I didn't know my own sister's voice". It took me a second because A is NEVER at a Bar!!! So I felt silly and D was laughing behind the bar because he knew what I would think. So I got to the bar and had my front row parking spot as always!!!! When I went upstairs D was slammed with people. It was nice to see A and C out and about. This also was the first time they got to hang out with just D and I... even though he was work-in hard. Later D and I went to a party with the youngins which turned into an interesting night... that's all I'll say about that!

Saturday: When D and I woke up he called me outside because one of his neighbors has a Bernese Mt. puppy named Angus. He is sooooo frick-in CUTE and soooooooo SOFT!!!! I now want one more than ever! It's funny because the lady that owns him is the same lady who back in December gave me a whole bunch of brand new kitchen stuff for free! One of the stores on Main Street moved and she was the Manager. She gave use information on Burma puppies. After D and I were done whining about not having our own puppy we went shopping. Now shopping is always FUN!!!!! D's a good boyfriend he helped me pick out my outfits which I know some guys don't want to be bothered with . Now did he loving doing it... probably not! After D went to work I went home and took some pictures of my Mini and Blazer. I have a buyer in the works so I wanted to get some pictures before the truck is gone. D's roommate came out with us to the Phoenix after D went off to work. The Phoenix was dead!!! We met up with D's friends Becky and Craig. It's funny because we haven' hung out with them since January. I remember Becky asking me if I liked D and how she thought it would be really cool if we got together. She also told me how in love with me he was... but I wasn't ready! Sorry D! But it's all about the timing I say.

Sunday: D and I woke up to worker's hammering, sawing, and just making a loud ruckus!!!! We tried to ignore it but that wasn't happening. Now when you didn't go to sleep till 4 am and they started working at 8:30 am that REALLY SUCKS! Finally D and I drove down to the Trolley Stop to have breakfast because it was so HOT outside you felt like you were going to melt and we didn't have any change for the meters. Breakfast hit the spot! When went back to the house and found a meter that had 45 mins. on it which was fine because we had to leave for the Family reunion. Well since the workers were out of the house for the moment we took a nap which turned into a food coma nap. We slept all the hammering again and were late for the party. The worst part was I got a $20.00 parking ticket... come on, can't I get a warning first!!! We weren't able to stay at the reunion long since we had to be in VA by 4:30pm for his nephew R's 3rd birthday party. Lind had a new haircut which I liked a lot. My family is so big that I didn't know half the people there! When we got the D's sister K's house we were just in time because his brother J just walked in before us with his family. It was a good time and good food! His sister surprised everyone with telling us she is 10 wks pregnant! It was cute the way she told all of us. She had R tell everyone thank you and hopefully they have a healthy new brother or sister. On the way home we got stuck in traffic on 495 and my air conditioner started acting up!! It was so HOT and it looked like it was going to rain but luckily it didn't.

All in all it was a good weekend even with the car drama!
