My sister's family moved to AZ.

Yesterday my sister and here family got on a jet at 7:25 am and flew out of Maryland to Arizona. Beanie called me as soon as the plain landed and of course I cried when I got off the phone with her :( My sister uploaded these photos on her FB page and their house looks really nice! I can't wait to go visit them. It's going to be a very hard change on all of us but, we will get through it. When I last saw them on the 4th we were all being really good at keeping ourselves together until we made a video of their old house and that's when the tears started pouring out of all of us. We spent the weekend with them and were lucky enough to have had perfect weather, it cooled down just for them. ;) We made a lot of memories that we will cherish forever. I miss them very much but I will see them all soon.

The Wedding is 19 days away!

OMG!!! I can't believe our wedding is only 19 days away! I have my hands full today with finishing the menus, placing the flower order, and ordering presents, and our rings. I also have to run by the Post Office to ship out a package to Sarah since her and Kate couldn't make it to the bridal shower and buy more stamps! So much to do and not enough time or enough of me!

Drews in Cali!

I took Drew to the airport today for another WFM conference and we had to leave at 5 am! Let me tell you waking up at 4 am is no fun especially when you don't fall asleep till 1 am. We thought this trip was until the 6th and I was suppose to go. We knew about it months ago and at first I was really excited when Drew asked me to join him and that he wanted me to be able to pamper myself in the spa. As time got closer I told him I probably wouldn't go since all and any extra money needs to go to this wedding. I really don't know how we are going to pull of this wedding in two months but, I guess we will (fingers crossed). The drive to the airport wasn't to bad but, I was nervous going home since it was the first time I had been to "Regan National". It was sad to say goodbye to Drew since he just came home! It's bad timing too since he's really not feeling well and we found out his insurance was cancelled in December!! UNREAL!!! I told Drew that I hope he can find time out there for himself and to relax as much as he can. The stress that man carries really worries me! Coming home from the airport was another story, I thought I took the wrong exit and was getting really worried only to find out after 20 mins of driving thinking I was lost I was on the right route the whole time. I got
home a little before 7 am and crashed till about 12:30 pm... I think I could have slept all day! I was lucky to talk to Drew a lot today and he is loving California! Now, maybe he will listen to me and we can move out there. Drew flew into Palm Springs and he said the airport was beautiful and it was an almost all outdoors when you got out of your terminal. He said the resort and spa is utterly amazing and that every villa is booked. The conference is being held at the "La Quinta Spa" http://www.laquintaresort.com He said someone big is there because there is heavy security around. We both really wish that I went and I'm really kicking myself now! Sometimes I really hate being responsible. He said there are orange and grapefruit trees all over the property and you are allowed to pick and eat the fruit. He already looks better after a few hours of being there. We were only able to "Skype" a little because his connection wasn't the best. Here are some of the photos he sent me. He says he's going to take me to this place one day, I hope so it looks beautiful.

Drews off to Vegas for WFM!

Late last night Drew and I packed his bags for Vegas. I wish I could get away for a few days. I know he's going for work but, it would have been nice to be with him somewhere new for a few days. Since Drew and I have been together we have never gone on a trip with the just the two of us in THREE years! It looks like out honeymoon will be our first trip. We ate breakfast together which was a nice surprise and ran some errands this morning and than stopped by the office. He showed me how to do a few things and than it was off to get him an iPhone. Drew's phone or I should say phones have been falling apart for way to long now, he desperately needed a new phone and, the iPhone is the best. And, my man deserves the BEST! Well, we made it to the airport with sometime to sit down and share a soda. I really hate when Drew leaves me and I hate having to wait to hear that he landed safely. I hope he gets a lot out of this four day leave and is able to bring bigger and better things to the business and to our relationship. As they say time apart makes the heart grow fonder. I also want him to relax and de-stress because he has been way over stressed! I love him and can't wait till he gets home.

This is a video of him going through the check-in. I figured it was okay to record since the news always does where I was standing. One of the ladies did yell at me when I called out Drew's name. Oops!

My laptop is dying.

My the laptop cord split over the weekend due to my little brothers new puppy and I can't do much with it... another hold up... just great! To replace the cord "Best Buy" wants $169.99! I'm not paying it for a 6 year old laptop that's been on it's last days. If I order one from "Sony" it's $89.99 and I found one online cheaper but, I really don't have the time to wait for it and don't have the extra money to spend on a cord. I wish I had of done another back up. I need to start doing them daily for when stuff like this happens. My Mac is great but, my Vaio has everything on it!

So, I called my Dad and asked if he would at all be able to fix my laptop cord and he said probably. I brought it to the house and while I watched my Dad do some "Macgyver" moves my Mom made me some of her homemade ham soup. One of my favorites and it was perfect since it was freezing outside! Well, my Dad fixed it... he's my hero! Oh, how I missed my laptop but, this is a for sure sign that I need to invest in a new one soon. As I was leaving Dylan's puppy decided to leave me one more surprise... he pulled one of my gloves (nice black leather gloves) out of my purse and chewed a few holes in it as well as the thumb off! This puppy and I are really getting off on the wrong foot! It's a good thing I love dogs and he's so cute. But, hey my laptop works again now!

I have to decide if I'm going to get another PC laptop, a macbook, or the iPad. The PC I know how to use and would honestly be the easiest. The Macbook would be nice because I do want to become all "Apple" and get away from the PC's but, I still don't understand them completely yet. The iPad would be nice because one, it would be the smallest, two I love my iphone and understand how to work that, and three it would fit best in my back and I could carry more album samples. The only hold up is like the iPhone you can only run one application at a time. Decisions... decisions. Not the best time either to have spend that kind of money so will see how long I can make this baby stay alive plus, iPad doesn't come out for a few more months.

Round two on the Blizzard!

It started snowing again today around 4 pm. They are calling for 20 more inches of snow! Some people like my sisters family haven't even been able to leave their houses yet from the last snow storm! Since we have snow days I spent a couple hours on Skype with Amber, Aly, and the rest of the crew. The kids have had no school this week so far and they canceled it for the rest of the week today! We ended up getting 12 more inches of snow here.

Now the work begins.Thursday will be a day for digging out again following the blizzard that pounded Maryland and most of the mid-Atlantic on Wednesday. This is now officially the snowiest winter on record for Baltimore. BWI-Marshall Airport has recorded 79.9 inches of snow so far, ecliping the old record of 62.5 inches during the winter of 1995-96.
And late Monday into Tuesday morning there's the possibility of a storm that could drop another 1 to 3 inches on the Baltimore-area.

Old Ellicott City

As most of you know Drew and I are very fond of Old Ellicott City. It's a place that has a lot of good memories for us and not to mention where we got together. So I really wanted to get down there and capture this blizzard. Drew was an amazing driver since the roads weren't in the best condition. We have a small SUV and it's only rear-wheel drive but handles really well! Some of the photos I took while we were driving (the first 7 photos). We think Drew's friend Mike made the igloo but weren't not sure, it just seems like something he would do. It felt like we stepped back into time when we got out of the car since the city was pretty empty. It really was a winter wonderland. I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to or walk around as much as I wanted to since it was Super Bowl Sunday and the game was going to start soon. So enjoy!

I had to run to catch this plow train. How I didn't fall on the ice I don't know. I even skip a few steps when I ran up them which were really icy. The train scared the crap out of me because as soon as I made it up a huge wave of snow went all over and made me freeze in my spot! Drew was on the steps when it got him and he said it was like a four of five foot wave. Dang it! I wish I had of been a little faster so I could have captured it!

Leaving Old Ellicott City was a little trickier than coming in!
