Happy Halloween!

So it's that creepy scary time of year again and we spent it with my family. Drew and I did homemade costumes again this year like we did on our first Halloween. I made my hat and broom the night before and Drew bought his giant spider that day. Oddly enough he

won best costume again at work! I made pumpkins for his employees with their names craved in them which was a lot harder to do than I thought it would be. For my employees I made a large pumpkin to hold candy along with a Starbucks gift card

and the winner of best costume won it. This year was the best turn out for my work, even the bosses dressed up. Later that day we made ghoulish dishes and met everyone at my sister's house My sister is always good with coordinating her families clothes and costumes but, this year had to be my favorite. I love the "Superhero" theme! Drew, Chris, Andrea, and I all walked the whole neighborhood with Chris and the kids. It was pretty cold on this Halloween and it started raining towards the end. You could defiantly tell we were in a recession by the decorations and lack of candy. The kids made out well since they live in a rather large neighborhood.
