Another snow storm!

It started snowing today around 10 am. It started off lite but than became heavy as the hours passed. I hung out with my friend Leah and her family today. I came over around 9 am and we had coffee. I had to cut my visit short since my little brother needed to be picked up from school. After battling the huge lines at the grocery store for a few basics I headed back to Leah's. Leah made us homemade chicken tortilla soup for lunch, which was yummy! We all thought the roads were fine till her neighbor called and said her husband just slide of the road and come too find out later he totalled the car. So, we all knew it was time for me to go home and I left around 5 pm! Leah is such a sweet friend,she went out and cleaned the snow of my car. The side roads were slippery but the highways were okay. Drew closed the office at the same time I left. They say were getting 15 -3o inches and right now we have about 2 1/2 inches. It just snowed a couple days ago and most of it melted but we still had a lot on the ground. This defiantly is the snowiest winter I've ever seen! It really looks like a winter wonderland.
